How It Works
Each request gets a unique ticket number, allowing you to track progress and review all updates and past interactions.
Submit a Ticket
Please click "Sign In" in the top right corner and use your SSCOK account to access the ticket portal and submit a request.
Having Trouble Signing In?
If you're unable to sign in, you can email your IT-related request to:

For all other maintenance-related requests, please use the ticket portal after signing in.
